Datamine Studio OP 2.11.100 x64 Free Download - OP Studio is a complete design and scheduling package for medium and short term open pit mine planning. With its visualizations and interactive environment, STUDIO OP makes designing pits and waste disposals, preparing backups and creating schedules easy.
The system includes optimization outines to achieve desired financial results or meet product mix specifications with minimal manual intervention.In this release of Studio OP, new features will include:
o Define Regions and Slopes
Slope control is improved with new managed tasks to manage embankment face angles and widths at the pit, region and rosette levels.
o Automatic Pit Contouring
Pit shell contours can be generated directly from the planning model containing optimized pit and pushback information.
o Ramp Layout Design
Dynamically and interactively generate road layout rules in real time, including switchback support. Use these rules to model roads in your automated pit designs.
o Auto Scheduler
Automatic Scheduler contains many improvements. Apart from that, this:
- Handle pre-scheduled data more effectively to model what is actually happening in an operation.
- Make the loader model more precise to produce a more practical schedule with reduced loader movement.
- Now runs on desktop as well as in cloud.
- Is an order of magnitude faster (eg one minute instead of fifteen minutes for some data sets).
o Cut and Fill
The OP Studio's cut and fill functionality has been overhauled for v2.2. New interactive commands allow cut and fill volumes to be calculated between two surfaces. This new command is supported by controls for categorizing volumes between benches and within outlines and for evaluating against beam models.
o Benches from Surface Data
To allow non-horizontal and/or non-planar benches to be used to generate reserves, you can use a 3D surface to define the bench. This function has a filter control feature when imported.
o Streamlined User Interface
In order to provide a more intuitive experience when using OP's Studio, major aspects of the user interface have been modified. Tasks that define mine layout structure and basic data have been moved to the setup category on the ribbon.
